Two little kittens were found in the roof of a shed during the cold winter in Canada.
A kind-hearted woman heard meows coming from the roof of a shed according to Chatons Orphelins Montréal, a rescue group in Montréal, Canada.
“She managed to get one kitten out, and then realized that there was another kitten. It was a lot harder and took much longer to secure the second kitten, but she eventually succeeded,” Celine Crom of Chatons Orphelins Montréal shared with Love Meow.
She fed the two feline brothers and sought help for the kittens so they could get a chance at a better life. “The woman with a big heart arranged everything to bring the kittens to us in Montréal so we could take good care of them.”
They named the kittens Mozart (the fluffier one) and Chopin. After getting them the medical care they needed, they were transferred to a foster home. Val, a fosterer for the rescue, helped the two brothers adjust to living indoors and learn to socialize.
She got some help from her older cat, too.
It didn’t take long for them to notice the kittens’ inseparable bond.
“The two kittens have different personalities that complement each other. They eat together, sleep together and play together,” the rescue group said.
“Mozart is more mischievous. He plays as soon as he finds an opportunity and his brother follows.
“Chopin is very sweet. He likes to watch people and talk when Mozart is quiet. The two brothers love the cat tree and are excellent climbers.”
They are like two peas in a pod.
The house is always filled with purrs and cuddles.
The kitties have grown by leaps and bounds in almost three months.
Best of friends!
Last week, Mozart and Chopin went to their forever home together.
“Mozart and Chopin have been inseparable since the beginning and even growing up. Their connection is very strong,” the rescue said.
“The two little brothers will now live together with a perfect family.”
Happy and loved!
